Job summary

Phoenix American Hospitality LLC in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will train, coach, and develop associates, monitor quality scores and guest feedback, manage budgets and inventories, and coordinate with Front Desk to maximize room readiness and service consistently.

This on-site role requires four years in housekeeping with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of progressive housekeeping or rooms operations experience, including at least two (2) years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience leading housekeeping operations within a hotel environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments to meet cleanliness standards.
• Train, coach, and develop housekeeping associates to foster service excellence.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement across the department.
