You will staff, schedule, train, and develop hourly staff, supervise daily activities, manage supplies, safety, budgeting, and vendor relations, with a focus on consistent quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within housekeeping.
• Ability to prepare and manage an annual housekeeping budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department.
• Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
• Supervise all housekeeping employees; hire, train, and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Purchase, reorder, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards are followed within the department.
• Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.
