Post Ranch Inn is seeking a Housekeeping Dispatcher to act as a critical communications hub across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. This hourly supervisor coordinates room status and service requests, ensuring smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

The role is full-time with a 12:00 PM–8:00 PM schedule and weekend availability. Salary is $23.00 per hour, with benefits typical for a luxury California resort, and opportunities to support multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a Housekeeping department.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver unique guest experiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Answers, handles, and dispatches Housekeeping and Maintenance requests.
• Coordinates room status with Reception and Housekeeping to optimize operations.
• Oversees Maintenance Work Orders and coordinates repair requests.
• Keeps the Housekeeping Manager informed of daily operations.
• Acts as central communications hub across departments for Housekeeping matters.
• Provides leadership support and backup coverage during staffing shortages or peak periods.
