• 5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.

• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Clear and effective communication, quick decision making, and composure under pressure.
• Ability to analyze financial information and payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations for rooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Maintain brand standards and safety compliance.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll records.
• Train and develop Housekeeping staff and conduct interviews.
