You will coordinate staff, manage priorities, and drive guest satisfaction through reliable facilities management. The position emphasizes five years of leadership experience in hotel maintenance, mechanical/electrical technical knowledge, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school education required; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of five years in maintenance leadership, preferably in hotels.
• Two years college/trade school in mechanical/electrical/technical disciplines preferred.
• Certified pool operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proactive preventative maintenance programs meet brand standards (laundry equipment, HVAC, ice machines, fire extinguishers, plumbing).
• Maintain hotel maintenance and upkeep to Graduate Brand and Guest standards.
• Follow safe working practices and conditions.
• Inspect guest rooms after maintenance; review problems with staff; manage inventory of supplies.
