Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead hotel maintenance, ensure preventive programs, and uphold brand standards. You will manage a team, coordinate safety, and supervise capital projects to enhance guest satisfaction and property condition.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a hands-on approach to a busy hotel environment with a focus on guest experience and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of five years in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in hotels.
• Two years of college or trade school in mechanical/electrical/technical disciplines preferred.
• Certified pool operator certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead proactive preventive maintenance per brand standards for equipment and systems.
• Maintain hotel maintenance, upkeep standards to Graduate Brand and Guest standards.
• Follow safe working practices and conditions.
• Inspect guest rooms after maintenance and manage inventory of supplies.

Formation
