Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a Chief Engineer to supervise preventive maintenance, support life-safety systems, and oversee capital projects across the property. You will manage the engineering team, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain mechanical/electrical systems and FF&E.

Qualifications

• Vocational schooling or military training in building trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Carpentry).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience at a comparable location.

Responsibilities

• Monitor life safety systems and utilities and administer the department in compliance with codes and standards.
• Manage engineering related capital projects and maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems.
