Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a seasoned Chief Engineer to supervise maintenance, life safety systems, and property operations. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and drive capital projects in a high‑volume hotel environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and reliable operation of mechanical/electrical systems, while upholding HEI standards and brand requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a comparable hotel engineering role
• Engineering related degree or coursework preferred
• Hotel engineering experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of hotel systems and equipment
• Manage life safety systems, utilities, and regulatory compliance
