Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance activities throughout the hotel.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor completion.
• Train team members on maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with contractors and outside service providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
