Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for M Social Sunnyvale to lead daily maintenance operations, oversee the engineering team, and ensure safe, efficient hotel systems. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, guest satisfaction, and compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in hotel engineering or facilities, strong leadership, and hands-on troubleshooting skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of engineering, facilities, or maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or commercial property.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance activities throughout the hotel.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor completion.
• Train team members on maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with contractors and outside service providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
