You will supervise a maintenance team, manage bids and contracts with vendors, oversee small projects and PIPs, and maintain life safety and environmental systems to keep operations compliant and reliable.

Qualifications

• Supervise and lead maintenance staff to meet brand standards.
• HVAC certification required; other relevant certs may be needed.
• Coordinate bids, quotes, and contracts with third-party vendors.
