HHM Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead maintenance operations across the hotel, ensuring guest service and sustainability goals are met.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, supervise the engineering team, manage vendor bids and contracts, and coordinate safety compliance and life safety systems across the property. Strong HVAC credentials and leadership are required.

Formación

• High School diploma and/or trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous supervisory engineer/maintenance experience required.
• HVAC certification required.
• Other certifications may be required based on local needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance and general/ preventative maintenance to ensure guest service and sustainability goals are met.
• Interview, train, and supervise maintenance associates to uphold brand standards and HHM values.
• Oversee bids, quotes, and contracts for third-party vendors and ensure cost controls.
• Manage small projects or Property Improvement Plans and report progress.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Maintain records of PMs and ensure life safety systems are 100% operational.
• Coordinate compliance of service contracts with local, state, and federal codes.
• Maintain exterior and curb appeal while following sustainability guidelines.
• Promote safety practices in line with MSDS and OSHA standards.
