White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a Chief Engineer to lead all engineering and maintenance operations at the Sheraton Raleigh. You will oversee a large-scale, downtown hotel with a focus on safety, reliability, and premium guest experience.

You will build a high-performing maintenance team, ensure preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and collaborate with hotel leadership on energy and asset initiatives. This is a senior role requiring strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Senior hotel engineering leadership experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems in a large hotel.
• Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel engineering operations across the Sheraton Raleigh property.
• Build and develop a team of maintenance professionals, with training, scheduling, performance management, and safety culture.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize efficiency and asset life.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, Marriott brand standards, and company policies.
• Manage the engineering department budget, capex projects, and cost controls.
