Hilton seeks a Sales Manager to drive group sales for small and mid-size markets and manage the end-to-end sales process. You’ll generate leads, build strong client relationships, and craft proposals to maximize room revenue across Hilton hotels.

You’ll coordinate site visits, negotiate terms, and ensure bookings are captured accurately in the sales system, while inspiring and coaching the team for exceptional performance.

Competenze

• Experience in B2B sales or hotel sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets.

• Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads to drive group sales.
• Build and maintain client relationships as primary contact for targeted markets.
• Develop targeted sales strategies using market trends to meet sales goals.
