• Lead development, piloting, and rollout of new services and training.
• Direct day-to-day operations across multiple outlets and catering locations.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, manage talent and succession planning.
• Plan and oversee large-scale events and catering with strong client satisfaction.
• Champion food safety and workplace safety standards across locations.
• Design systems to enhance productivity and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop training on customer service, allergens, and nutrition awareness.
• Own product quality, inventory, and cost control; monitor KPIs.
