Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Hospitality Senior Manager to lead hospitality operations across multiple sites and concepts, including high-volume food halls, restaurants, bars, and catering services. You will develop service standards, training programs, and cross-site coordination to ensure consistent guest experiences and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of food service industry experience.
• 7+ years of leadership within the food service industry in a high-volume multi-concept operation.
• Experience in corporate environments and managing large teams across multiple concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold hospitality standards and guest experience excellence across a portfolio of outlets.
• Lead development and rollout of new services, offerings, and training programs; drive improvements in revenue and satisfaction.
• Direct day-to-day operations across multiple outlets and catering locations to meet targets and strategic objectives.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, including talent acquisition and succession planning for key roles.
• Plan and oversee large-scale events and catering operations with a focus on client satisfaction and profitability.
• Champion food safety and workplace safety standards across all locations.
