Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in food service operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accuracy of menus across various service formats.
• Establish and enforce standards for hospitality operations.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of food products in all service locations.
• Maintain clean and safe workstations throughout the operation.
• Train staff on customer service, allergen awareness, and nutritional knowledge.
• Ensure that proper food safety practices are followed by staff and management.
• Coordinate and improve time management for the team.
• Monitor the financial activities of hospitality operations.
