Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in food service operations.
• Minimum 5+ years leading a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred culinary degree and food safety certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accuracy of menus across various service formats.
• Establish and enforce standards for hospitality operations.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of food products in all service locations.
• Maintain clean and safe workstations throughout the operation.
• Train staff on customer service, allergen awareness, and nutritional knowledge.
• Ensure that proper food safety practices are followed by staff and management.
• Coordinate and improve time management for the team.
• Monitor the financial activities of hospitality operations.
• Develop and maintain training materials for both in-person and online formats.
• Manage performance evaluations for hospitality staff.
