Job summary

Boxer Property Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities & Project Manager to support the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort by overseeing capital projects, renovations, and facility improvements across the property.

Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will liaise with resort operations, ownership, architects, engineers, contractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or commercial facility management.
• Proven track record managing capital projects with budgets exceeding $1 million.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines for capital improvements and renovations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception through completion.
• Monitor project progress, expenditures, and resource allocation to ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
• Identify and resolve project delays, budget overruns, and quality issues.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to the Boxer Asset Manager.
• Identify, evaluate, and select qualified contractors and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize value.
• Maintain relationships with key service providers and consultants.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety, insurance, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily operations on construction sites to minimize guest impact.
