Job summary

Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue through new accounts and existing client relationships. You will partner with the Director of Sales to engage Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments and lead the hotel’s sales efforts.

The role emphasizes relationship building, market awareness, and professional presentation. You will be an on-property leader supporting promotions and events in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel sales experience a plus.
• Strong communication and professional selling skills; ability to negotiate, influence, and multitask independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals, and hit solicitation call targets.
• Proactively solicit calls, lead sales tours, and host clients from Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments.
• Grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments, strengthening partnerships through attentive service.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to evolving market trends to stay ahead and capture opportunities.
• Represent the hotel with professionalism in the local community and industry organizations; adhere to standards and regulations.
• Develop deep knowledge of hotel operations and policies; participate in meetings, promotions, and special functions.

Target Annual Compensation: $62,000 - $70,000, including overtime earnings, based on experience and qualifications.

This position is classified as an Overtime Eligible Manager (OEM). Overtime compensation is paid in accordance with applicable law.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel sales experience a plus; valid driver’s license
