Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience working as a construction Project Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of large hospitality commercial project experience ($50MM - $200 MM).
• Fluency in reading, quantifying, and analyzing construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact with Owners and design teams.
• Oversee the long lead procurement process with Project Engineers.
• Prepare Monthly Project Financial Reports for review.
