Job summary

Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales strategy and marketing initiatives. You will drive occupancy and revenue, negotiate with clients, and guide a diverse team toward ambitious targets.

The role requires at least 6 years hotel sales experience or a relevant degree, strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with competitive benefits.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred, or relevant college degree plus related experience; valid driver’s license required.

• Demonstrated mastery of professional selling techniques and strategic vision for sales deployment, supported by strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently, and skilled in presentations.
• Expertise in managing diverse teams, solving complex problems, handling high-pressure situations, and working with financial data and basic arithmetic.
