Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Project Manager in New York City, NY to join our Hospitality Sector.

The role requires 7+ years of general contractor PM experience in NYC and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver quality, on-time projects with strong profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent is required.
• 7+ years of NYC general contractor project management experience.
• Strong communication, decision making, financial analysis and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and architects.
• Interiors experience in the Hospitality space is desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedules, budgets, and project progress to meet deadlines and quality goals.
• Prepare and review project reports, schedules and financials.
• Lead weekly status meetings with owner, reps, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Disseminate project information and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Review bid documents, procurement, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Review invoices and manage change orders and final billing.
• Coordinate project close-out and ensure final payments and documentation are complete.
• Maintain relationships with architect, engineers, and vendors.
