Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, is looking for a Superintendent for various hospitality projects in New York City. The role involves project scheduling, field coordination, and supervising subcontractors to ensure project success and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in commercial projects, particularly with luxury hotels, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Competitive salary of $120,000–$180,000 with full benefits including medical, dental, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field experience on commercial projects, ideally with luxury amenities.
• Supervisory experience as General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent required.
• Experience with luxury hotel or boutique projects desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project schedule and maintains accurate status reports.
• Coordinates field operations, ensuring quality control and supervision.
• Reviews project progress with Project Manager and client representatives.
• Implements safety standards among craftsmen and personnel.
• Directs subcontractor activities on residential projects.
