Job summary

Structure Tone in Woodbridge, NJ seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare construction programs. You will manage staff, coordinate with owners and tenants, and ensure project documents, bids, and procurement are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of PM experience in healthcare or tenant improvement, with strong communication, financial acumen and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction-related degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10-15 years of general contractor project management experience.
• Healthcare, Life Science and Tenant Improvement expertise preferred.
• Strong communication, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedules, spending, and related items to ensure timely, quality completion of projects.
• Prepare and review project reports including status, financials and schedules.
• Lead weekly project status meetings with owner, representatives, vendors and subs.
• Disseminate information and policies to staff, ensure safety compliance.
• Review bid documents, vendor/subcontractor qualifications and final estimates.
• Procure materials per policy, monitor invoices and payments, manage change orders.
• Prepare close-out documentation including warranties, retainage, and final invoicing.
• Maintain strong relationships with architect, engineers, client representatives and subcontractors.
