Job summary

Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) is seeking a Hospitalist to collaborate with Nurse Managers to improve patient care and operational efficiency. This role requires at least 5 years of experience and board certification in Internal Medicine. The responsibilities include working on patient discharge processes, engaging with team members for feedback, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as hospitalist and in a leadership role.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Nurse Manager(s) to assess progress on goals.
• Champion meaningful change to improve patient care efficiency.
• Solicit feedback among stakeholders in collaboration with Nurse Manager.
• Build consensus between physicians, nursing staff, and administration.
• Review long length of stay patients with Clinical Nurse Manager.
