• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for data visualization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor for field teams and leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver clear, persuasive presentations.
• Collaborative across functions; able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Domestic travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies with Field Sales and leadership to drive growth and inventory deployment.
• Translate sales, inventory, and operational data into insights and actions.
• Lead inventory rebalancing, reallocation, and pullback initiatives.
• Coordinate new product launches and set deployments to customer accounts.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve execution and availability.
• Use analytics and visualization tools to support fact-based decisions.
• Manage Field Sales support requests with clear ownership and timely communication.
• Lead cross-functional projects from definition to implementation and outcomes.
• Prepare concise, executive-ready updates linking analysis to business impact.
