White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Medication Reconciliation Pharmacy Tech III who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

The position involves overseeing operations with pharmacist supervision, completing medication history capture, and mentoring Pharmacy Tech I and II. Candidates must have Maryland licensure and hospital experience with USP standards.

Qualifications

• MD license required by Maryland Board of Pharmacy.
• PTCB or NHA certification (CPhT) required.
• CPhT-Adv or focused certificate required.
• 3+ years in hospital setting with automated distribution systems.
• Knowledge of USP 795, 797, 800 required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations with pharmacist supervision (Sterile Compounding, Automation, IT Systems).
• Complete Medication History capture and documentation.
• Mentor and train Pharmacy Tech I and II.
• Obtain complete medication information from patients and families.
• Review patient records and discuss medications with nurses, pharmacists, and providers.
