Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a field-based Hospice Sales professional in Dallas to expand and maintain referral-source relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community partners.

You will identify new referral opportunities, work closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions into care, and represent hospice services professionally to patients, families, and referral sources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare sales or referral development.
• Hospice/Home Health sales experience required.
• Established local contacts preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Familiarity with CRM software preferred.

Requirements

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
