Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a Healthcare Liaison to prepare and present in-service sessions to referral sources and to educate them on Home Health service components.

You will serve as a bridge between Home Health and physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities, maintaining relationships, identifying issues, and developing programs to meet community needs. Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Hospice / Home Health experience.
• Proven success in reaching or exceeding quotas.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking to evolve marketing calendars and processes.
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
