Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dynamic Hospice/Home Health Sales professional to promote programs and services in the Fort Worth area. You will build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners to foster patient referrals.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in Hospice/Home Health sales, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can operate independently while managing a broad referral network across community sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven track record promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services.
• 2+ years of successful Hospice and/or Home Health sales experience.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
