Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hospice Consultant in Michigan to partner with field staff and leaders, supporting patients and ensuring alignment between demand and capacity. You’ll focus on sustaining relationships with referral and payer sources while expanding new opportunities.

The role requires an understanding of relevant federal and state marketing regulations for home care/hospice, with a preference for at least one year in healthcare marketing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare marketing experience.
• Understand all federal and state laws pertaining to the marketing of home care/hospice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with all existing referral sources.
• Actively prospect for new referral sources based on the Agency’s scope of service.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources and field staff.
• Work closely with Marketing, Agency Administrator, and Clinical Management to ensure that the demand for clinical care is aligned with our capacity and at no time compromises the Agency’s ability to provide the best quality care for our patients.

Compensation: $70K - $80K, uncapped bonuses, car allowance.

The base compensation range for this role is fixed, with a maximum cap of $80,000.00.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
