Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to provide direction to the hospice clinical team and help ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. You will be involved in hiring qualified hospice personnel, setting standards of care, and coordinating evaluations to maintain high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, policy implementation, and ongoing QA, with strong growth opportunities and a supportive team environment in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Strong, results-driven leader with excellent organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred, with hospice experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and address QA issues.
• Clinical policy and procedure support.
• Assist the Director in identifying and resolving nursing department deficiencies.
• Monitor implementation of correction plans.
