Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is recruiting an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team under the Director, ensuring compassionate, compliant patient care.

The role includes hiring qualified personnel, supervising hospice services, coordinating evaluations, and establishing standards of care to meet federal and state regulations; it also involves implementing policies and monitoring QA.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Healthcare experience in patient-care settings preferred.
• Leadership experience in healthcare settings required.
• RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the hospice clinical team under the Director.
• Hire qualified hospice personnel and coordinate evaluations.
• Oversee provision of hospice services and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and QA processes.
• Monitor performance and address deficiencies and corrective actions.
