Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to provide direction to the clinical team under the Director. The role oversees hiring, provision of hospice services, and coordination of personnel evaluations, ensuring standards comply with federal and state regulations.

The candidate will implement policies, monitor performance, and guide QA processes while leading a skilled team with a focus on growth and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred, hospice experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and address QA issues.
• Provide clinical policy and procedure support.
• Assist the Director in identifying and resolving nursing deficiencies.
• Monitor implementation of corrective action plans.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and project management.
