Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to lead the clinical team under the Director, ensuring high-quality hospice care in Minnesota. The role focuses on hiring qualified personnel, delivering services, and coordinating evaluations while upholding standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualified candidates possess an RN license in good standing, 5+ years of healthcare experience (hospice preferred), and at least 2+ years in healthcare leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred, hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Strong, results-driven leader with excellent organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and address QA issues.
• Provide clinical policy and procedure support.
