Brighton/Suncrest Hospice in Minnesota is seeking a highly skilled Director of Clinical Services to lead our hospice operations and clinical team, ensuring exceptional patient and family care while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, drive growth, and collaborate with regional leadership on staffing, budgeting, and strategic initiatives to advance our mission and community impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred, with hospice experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee hospice operations and clinical services, ensuring exceptional patient and family care while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness while driving quality improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the team, fostering accountability, compassion, collaboration, and excellence.
• Support Suncrest Hospice’s mission, vision, and values while partnering with regional leadership on staffing, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive growth and community engagement by building strong partnerships and ensuring the agency meets patient, family, and community needs.
