Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline and primary contact for brokers, buyers, and other parties; nurture the buyer journey across TJH products.
• Cultivate and maintain broker relationships in all active markets; expand broker network.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and improve sales results; lead execution of strategies.
• Prepare for and execute regular Open Houses; weekend work required.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Sales Associates and Sales Specialists; maintain Salesforce data.
