Job summary

Taylor Morrison, Inc. seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead the homebuilding process in assigned communities, ensuring on-time delivery while meeting budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction goals.

You will manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor relations, with focus on cost control and compliance. You will mentor team members, ensure site safety, and coordinate the post-close warranty process while maintaining excellent customer service and site

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of Construction experience (preferred with production builder) or TM360 Learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field preferred.
• Must read, understand and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented with the customer as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall homebuilding process and manage the construction schedule.
• Foster a team environment and maintain positive subcontractor relations.
• Ensure quality, safety, scheduling and cost control measures are followed.
• Mentor team members and ensure site is clean, safe and presentable.
• Oversee post-close warranty process and manage trades as needed.
