Job summary

Taylor Morrison Inc. seeks a Superintendent to lead the homebuilding process in assigned communities, ensuring on-time completion within budget while meeting safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals.

You will manage planning, scheduling, resources, and subcontractor relations to deliver high-quality homes. You will report to the Division/Corporate Office, monitor daily progress, coordinate with buyers, and uphold a clean, safe job site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the homebuilding process from site prep to completion.
• Manage scheduling, cost control, safety, and quality to meet budget and deadlines.
• Foster positive subcontractor relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
