Job summary

Taylor Morrison is seeking a Superintendent to provide leadership across assigned communities, directing the homebuilding process to meet schedules, budgets, safety, and quality goals.

You will coordinate planning, resource allocation, subcontractor relations, and customer satisfaction, while mentoring team members and ensuring the home is completed on time and to the high standards our buyers expect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret construction documents, drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall homebuilding process.
• Foster a team environment and maintain subcontractor relations.
• Manage construction schedule, cost control, safety and quality.
• Provide clear responses to buyers about home construction and move-in readiness.
