Qualifications

• 4+ years construction experience, production builder preferred
• Able to read and interpret construction docs, drawings, specs, schedules
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall homebuilding process
• Foster a team environment
• Build and maintain positive subcontractor relations
• Continuously evaluate quality, safety, scheduling and cost control measures
• Mentor team members and teach construction procedures
• Manage construction schedule to deliver on time and within budget
• Develop recovery strategies to maintain schedule and approve materials/work completed
• Provide clear answers to buyers about how the home is built
• Ensure move-in readiness and high customer service levels
• Keep worksite clean, orderly, and visually appealing
• Oversee post-close warranty process and QA
• Perform other duties as assigned
