Job summary

Taylor Morrison seeks a Superintendent to lead the homebuilding process in our communities. You will manage construction scheduling, cost control, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction to ensure on-time delivery and a premium homebuyer experience.

You will foster a team environment, build strong subcontractor relations, review drawings and schedules, mentor team members, and ensure the site is clean and compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of construction experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction or a related field.
• Proficient in reading construction documents and schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented with flexible prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall homebuilding process from start to finish.
• Foster a team environment and maintain subcontractor relations.
• Manage the construction schedule, budget, and cost controls.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
• Provide clear information to buyers about construction.
• Support post-close warranty activities as needed.
