Taylor Morrison is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the homebuilding process in assigned communities, guiding planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to hit dates and budgets while upholding safety and quality. You will manage subcontractor relations, mentor team members, monitor cost controls, and ensure customer satisfaction through transparent communication and a quality move-in.

This role requires a high school diploma with 4+ years in construction, plus strong MS Office skills

Qualifications

• Minimum education and construction experience as stated.
• Knowledge of new home construction processes and scheduling.
• Ability to read construction documents, drawings, and specs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall homebuilding process.
• Foster a team environment.
• Maintain positive subcontractor relations.
• Evaluate quality, safety, scheduling and cost control.
• Mentor team members and teach construction content.
• Manage construction schedule and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain schedule; authorize material payments.
• Provide clear answers to buyers about construction and move-in condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure home completion by target date.
• Maintain clean, orderly worksites.
• Manage post-close warranty process.
