Job summary

Taylor Morrison seeks a Superintendent to lead the homebuilding process in our Florida communities. You will manage planning, scheduling, subcontractor relations, and safety to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and customer satisfaction.

You will mentor team members, communicate clearly with buyers, and oversee post-close warranty activities while maintaining a clean, visually appealing site and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of construction experience or TM360 curriculum completion; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling and cost controls.
• Ability to read construction documents, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Customer service orientation with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall homebuilding process from planning to delivery.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and manage subcontractor relations.
• Monitor quality, safety, scheduling and cost controls on site.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members as needed.
• Communicate with buyers about construction details and move-in readiness.
• Ensure on-time completion and issues resolved within budget.
• Oversee post-close warranty processes and quality assurance.
