Brookfield Residential seeks a Sales Manager to lead new-home sales at the Kissing Tree community between Austin and San Marcos. This commission-based role partners with the Director of Sales to drive traffic, convert prospects, and guide buyers through the homebuying journey while achieving sales goals.

You will present products, manage sales agreements, and coordinate with construction, marketing, and admin teams to ensure a seamless buyer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and exceptional customer experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or related area preferred.
• Proficient in computer knowledge and CRM software.
• Exceptional communication, time-management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new-home sales and create an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead sales process from traffic through closing and follow-up.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing programs to meet targets.
• Present and negotiate new home sales agreements and options.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and build strong relationships with partners.
