Brookfield Properties' Brookfield Residential division seeks a Sales Manager for the San Marcos community, Kissing Tree, between Austin and San Antonio. You will lead new-home sales, create an exceptional buyer experience, and work closely with the Director of Sales to drive traffic and close deals.

This commission-based role emphasizes presenting homes, guiding buyers through their journey, coordinating with construction, marketing and finance teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

5+ years in sales with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or related area preferred.
Proficient with computers and CRM software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive new-home sales and meet/exceed targets.
Develop ongoing prospecting plans across multiple channels.
Present products and guide customers through the homebuying journey.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
Lead negotiations and finalize sales contracts.
