Brookfield Residential is seeking a Sales Representative for the Austin/San Marcos area to support the Community Sales Manager in delivering a seamless new-home buying experience within Kissing Tree, a vibrant 55+ master-planned community in San Marcos.

You will greet visitors, build rapport, and follow up throughout the sales journey, while assisting with prospecting, marketing, and daily sales office operations. Strong listening skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or industry training is an asset.
• Minimum of one year of new-home sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage visitors to build relationships and determine visitor needs.
• Provide timely follow-up with visitors and buyers from first visit through closing.
• Assist Community Sales Manager with prospecting, marketing, and new business.
• Support sales office administrative tasks: phones, contracts, appointments, signage, CRM updates.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and documentation discipline.
