Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Kentucky is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan, coordinating with the Home Lending team to deliver a seamless experience.

You will coach branch staff, work with bankers to grow mortgage originations, and leverage centralized marketing to promote Chase home lending products while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate or related field.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with their customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing centralized marketing efforts (direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell programs, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts).
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories and functions well within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with customers as the internal and external mortgage expert.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer's financial needs and goals.
