Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the life of their loan, delivering expert guidance on mortgage products while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will support the team with product knowledge and best practices to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Builds partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Maintains relationships with customers and acts as the mortgage expert.
