Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to act as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements.

You will join a motivated team focused on guiding clients to homeownership, collaborating with bankers and branches to originate mortgage loans and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise
